Can I try PromptPop for free?

Absolutely. Every free account gets 5 completely free generations per week, 50 tokens on signup, and 50 more tokens each week. No credit card is required.

What happens while payments are paused?

Stripe checkout and token purchases are temporarily disabled. Registered users can still claim one complimentary 30-day Pro or Creator membership without entering payment details, and those memberships fall back to Free automatically when the month ends.

What's the difference between Pro and Creator?

Pro is great for regular creators with 2,000 monthly tokens, 50 bonus daily tokens, batch generation up to 4 images, and strong advanced controls. Creator is for power users who want 10,000 monthly tokens, 200 daily bonus tokens, the highest batch limits, early access features, and the loosest generation caps.

Do tokens expire?

No. Tokens you purchase or receive through weekly grants or memberships are added to your balance and do not expire.

Can I switch between Pro and Creator?

While payments are paused, complimentary launch memberships are one-time claims. Once billing is live, normal paid upgrades and downgrades will be handled through the account billing flow.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Existing paid memberships still keep access through their current billing period, but new billing actions are paused until payments are turned back on.

Can I buy token packs alongside a subscription?

Not right now. Token pack purchases are paused together with subscription checkout while billing is disabled.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are currently disabled, so no payment methods are being accepted on PromptPop at the moment.

Can I use generated images commercially?

Yes. All images you generate are yours to use however you like, including for commercial purposes.
